Introducing: The Mix Academy Archive

Transcript:

Hey, what’s up guys? David Glenn of davidglennrecording.com, and theproaudiofiles.com.

In this quick video, I want to give you an introduction to the new Mix Academy Archive.

Now, if you’re not familiar with The Mix Academy, you can go check out themixacademy.com, and learn about all the great benefits to becoming a member, but a quick rundown would be each month, I take a new song, multiple genres, and I mix it from start to finish, and the whole time I’m mixing, I’m teaching and I’m recording that process. So, you get an inside look into how I’m using EQ, compression, parallel compression, saturation… All of the effects on a song to song, month to month, specific journey.

It’s a great process, we have a lot of fun with it. There’s a community forum. Bonus tutorials, exclusive member discounts, all kinds of stuff to brag about with The Mix Academy membership, but in this video, I want to be more specific about the archive.

What the archive is, is we launched in November of 2014, and so for every month we’ve had, we have all of this training that has just been accumulated and built up into an archive. So, what we’re doing is we’re releasing those start to finish tutorial bundles, and the multitracks. The bonus content and the forum, and all the extra stuff is still limited to the membership, but we’re going to release the start to finish tutorials, and the multi-tracks, and you get to pick and choose what songs you want.

Down below, we’re featuring a song, and for the next seven days, you’re going to see that one on sale. We have a discounted deal for you that’s going to expire, and when it runs out, it’ll just go back up to the little bit higher price.

So, you want to jump on that, get in on the discount, and then below, you’ll see the archive where you can pick multiple songs. We’ve got SoundCloud links so you can take a quick listen to what my mix sounded like at the rough mix stage, and if you dig it, pick it up. I think you’ll be inspired. It’ll help you to learn to mix better and improve your resume with multiple styles of music. You’ll be able to market your services and reach a wider audience, so you can build up your clientele.

So, I hope that brings value to you, I hope you dig it. I hope you’ll check out more at themixacademy.com, and The Mix Academy Archive.
